When employees feel respected, protected, and heard, businesses grow stronger. Productivity improves. Loyalty increases. Conflict decreases. Respect is not a cost to a company — it’s an investment in stability.

Legal fees for labour matters can easily run into thousands or tens of thousands of rands, which many workers simply cannot afford. Most labour disputes could have been avoided if workers had support at the right time.

When workers stand together, they create clarity, strength, and accountability. Unity does not mean conflict. It means speaking with one voice, asking fair questions, and demanding lawful processes.

Labour disputes are taking longer than ever to resolve, leaving workers without income, certainty, or justice. Delays in conciliation and arbitration processes often place employees at a disadvantage, forcing many to abandon valid cases while employers face little consequence for wrongdoing. When dispute resolution is prolonged or fragmented, the balance intended by labour law is undermined. Workers deserve timely, fair, and accessible justice — not a system where delay becomes a strategy.

At Ubuntu Labour Support (ULS), we believe every worker deserves access to fair, affordable, and reliable labour assistance — regardless of income, background, or employment status. Our membership model ensures you are never alone when workplace issues arise.
Legal Framework
ULS operates within and enforces rights under: - Labour Relations Act (LRA) - Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA) - Employment Equity Act (EEA) - Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA) - Unemployment Insurance Act (UIF) - Pension Funds Act
For as little as R49 per month, you gain access to professional labour support that would normally cost thousands of rands. ULS makes labour assistance accessible and affordable for all workers in South Africa.
Ubuntu Labour Support was founded from a simple but powerful belief: every worker deserves fairness, dignity, and a voice in the workplace.
Over time, I observed that many employees face disciplinary action, suspension, or dismissal without proper understanding of their rights or access to meaningful support. For non-unionised workers in particular, the lack of affordable and timely representation often results in unfair processes and outcomes. Ubuntu Labour Support was established to help close this gap.
At the heart of Ubuntu Labour Support is a commitment to integrity, professionalism, and respect. We take pride in standing alongside our clients during some of the most challenging moments in their working lives, ensuring that they are heard, informed, and treated fairly.
Thank you for trusting Ubuntu Labour Support.
